01 / Routes
Twelve scheduled intercity corridors with fixed departure slots and door-to-door pickup.
Every corridor runs on a published timetable. Twelve routes are scheduled, each with its own departure slots and a planned duration shown per route. Your driver collects you at the address you give us and drops you at the destination address, so there are no terminal changes and no vehicle swaps mid-way.
Prices are subject to change and availability. Vehicle and driver standards sit under driver vetting; luggage, waiting and cancellation rules sit under fare conditions.

Durations are planned and can change with traffic and weather. Fares cover one car, up to three passengers and three pieces of luggage, and are settled per vehicle. Vehicle classes and fuel terms are listed under fare conditions.
03 / Drivers
Every chauffeur on a corridor departure holds a Ukrainian passenger transport licence and a passenger liability policy valid for the whole planned route. Papers are re-checked each quarter, not once at hiring.
Driving licence verified against the state register, plus a criminal record certificate renewed every 12 months. Medical fitness card kept on file.
Passenger liability cover and hull insurance on each car in the fleet. The policy number is printed on your booking confirmation.
The driver's full name and the vehicle plate are sent by email and SMS no later than 2 hours before departure, so you know exactly who to meet and at which kerb.
Each corridor is driven at least twice by the assigned driver before it enters the timetable, covering the planned stops, kerbside pick-up points and the alternate route used when traffic builds.

Every price is per car, not per passenger. Prices are subject to change and availability.
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned departure. Between 24 hours and departure we charge 50% of the fare. If we cannot complete the route, nothing is charged. Full terms sit in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Rates are quoted per vehicle for the whole route, agreed before departure and fixed in the confirmation.
