Notes before you book a route

Four short points covering fares, availability and cancellation. They apply to every departure listed on the route timetable.

Per car, per route
Every fare is quoted per car for a private transfer. The listed price covers up to three passengers with luggage in a standard sedan; larger vehicle classes carry their own rate. Prices are subject to change and availability.
Availability
A departure is confirmed once a driver is assigned, normally within two hours of your request. Planned duration varies with traffic, weather and border queues.
Cancellation terms
Cancel up to 24 hours before departure at no charge. Later cancellations are charged at 50 per cent of the agreed fare. Full terms sit in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
