Booking, Payment, Cancellation
Provide accurate trip details. Booking confirmed only after our written confirmation. Prices in UAH include chauffeur, fuel, tolls, vehicle. Payment due before departure unless agreed. Cancel 24h before pickup: free. Later: up to 100% of fare.
Service Scope & User Obligations
Private intercity transfer by chauffeur, not public transport. Route changes possible subject to availability and extra cost. Not liable for delays from traffic, weather, or force majeure. Be on time, present valid ID on request, no illegal or dangerous items, respect vehicle and chauffeur. You are liable for damage caused by you or your passengers.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection".
Data Protection & E-Commerce
We process personal data to perform the contract and for legitimate interests, based on your consent where required, per Law of Ukraine No. 3728-IX "On Personal Data Protection". As an e-commerce subject, we provide full identification per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce". Promotions are accurate, identifiable, and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising".
Dispute Resolution
Contact us first. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the relevant authority under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection".
